Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Competition (GAC) published reports on the cases of conspiracy and manipulation in the tenders and bids it received since 2019 to date.

 

Probes included 86 establishments, compared to 15 in 2019, GAC said in a statement.

 

The total value of the suspected cases of manipulation across the Kingdom exceeded SAR 1 billion, said GAC's Governor Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Zoom.

 

GAC earlier launched investigations into several complaints filed by a number of regulatory authorities against some establishments, the statement added.
