Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) starts today, July 8, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on July 12, according to a bourse filing. 

 

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

 

Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute a 30% cash dividend, or SAR 3 per share, for the second half of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021 at the EGM, Argaam reported.
