Nama Chemical shareholders to vote on audit committee formation on Aug. 4

Nama Chemical Co.'s shareholders will vote on the formation of the audit committee for the next three-year term starting from the date of the ordinary general meeting, which will be held on Aug. 4, according to a filing to Tadawul.
Shareholders will also determine the committee's tasks and work controls, as well as the remuneration of its members for the three-year term, starting from the meeting date.
The committee members are Fayez Al-Ahmari (independent member), as well as Abdulrahman Balghunaim and Mufdhi Atnan who are members from outside the board.
Shareholders can begin e-voting on the agenda items through Tadawulaty website, as of July 31.
