The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) updates its ownership register at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) to reflect its ownership of all previously recorded stake for the Public Pension Agency (PPA).

 

The step follows the implementation of the Saudi Cabinet’s decision to merge the PPA into GOSI, by transferring all assets of the pension agency to GOSI as of Aug. 1.

 

Accordingly, a change in the ownership of GOSI in some companies will appear on Tadawul website, the organization said in a statement.
