Sadara Basic Services Co.’s shareholders approved the board and audit reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 30, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also approved appointing KPMG Al Fozan & Partners as an auditor to review 2021 financial statements.

 

The other agenda items approved included discharging board members from liability for 2020, as well as amending bylaws related to the company’s purposes and the board's powers.
