Swicorp Wabel REIT says verifying signatures of unitholders seeking dismissal of fund manager

Swicorp Co., the fund manager of Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund, said it is in the process of verifying signatures of unitholders, who submitted a written request to dismiss the fund manager, according to a bourse filing.
The meeting date, agenda and voting methods will be unveiled 10 days after the completion of the verification process.
The relevant financial impact cannot be announced at present.
Updates will be duly revealed, the statement added.
Last week, Swicorp Co. announced receiving a written request from a number of unitholders, who own more than 25% of the funds' units, requesting to unseat the fund manager.
