Alandalus Property building

The eligibility period for Alandalus Property Co.’s bonus shares ends today, Aug. 25, if the general meeting approves the capital hike.

 

In April, the board of directors recommended increasing the company’s capital by 33.33% to SAR 933.33 million from SAR 700 million, through bonus share distribution.

 

The capital hike aims to solidify and strengthen the company’s capital base and future business activities.
