Al-Babtain shareholders approve audit committee formation

Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co.'s shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee for the next three-year term, starting from the date of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that was held on Sept. 2, according to a filing to Tadawul.
Shareholders also determined the committee's duties and work controls, as well as the remuneration of its members.
The committee members are Abdullah Al Hussain (independent) as well as Abdulkareem Al-Babtain and Khaled Al-Babtain (non-executive).
