Hail Cement Co.'s shareholders will vote on electing board members for the next three-year term starting Nov. 30, during the ordinary general meeting that is scheduled for Oct. 3, the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

Shareholders can vote on the agenda items on Tadawulaty website, starting Sept. 29 until the end of the general meeting.
