National Housing Co. (NHC) said that it increased the real estate supply significantly in 2021, pumping more than 12,000 new housing units into the market.

 

The increase comes as it aims to achieve the concept of quality of life through modern urban communities, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) cited the company as saying.

 

NHC announced that it is seeking to increase Saudi ownership rates of homes to 70% in line with Vision 2030, according to data available in Argaam.
