Number of cases referred by CMA to Public Prosecution rises to 27 in 2020

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that the total number of cases referred to the Public Prosecution increased to 27 in 2020.
Such cases included 15 violations of practicing securities business without a license and 10 violations of fraud and deception.
