Allied Cooperative Insurance Group’s (ACIG) shareholders approved the board report for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Sept. 29, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also approved the business and contracts concluded with Adel Muhammad Rashid Jamjoom and Abdul Latif bin Mohammed Al Sheikh (board members), in which they have direct interest, represented in insurance policies.
