Saudi Arabia recorded 42 COVID-19 cases today, Oct. 5, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 547,357, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 36, raising the total number of recovered cases to 536,406 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Critical cases totaled 163.

 

The Kingdom reported three new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,730.

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 53,340 new tests, bringing the total number of laboratory tests to 42.66 million.
