Allied Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (ACIG) board of directors approved today, Oct. 11, the appointment of Abdullah Saleh Al-Harbi, as an independent board member for the current board term ending on May 17, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Al-Harbi holds the position of a partner in Al-Awfi and Al-Harbi Company, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has been a specialist in the field of internal auditing for more than 15 years.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
