National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) signed a framework agreement with Alkhair Capital, on Oct. 19, according to a bourse statement.
Alkhair Capital will provide advisory services to help Thimar achieve its goals to expand and diversify future business, evaluate opportunities and projects, and prepare the necessary negotiations, studies and agreements, the statement added.
