Shares of Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. have their ex-rights today, Nov. 9, in case the capital increase is approved.

 

The insurer's extraordinary general meeting will vote on the board's recommendation on increasing capital from SAR 265 million to SAR 530 million, through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 265 million.

 

The capital hike aims to boost the company's expansions.
