Jabal Omar Development Co. said that discussions with Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund’s manager are still ongoing to reach an agreement on the settlement of all payment obligations and other liabilities owed by the developer to the fund. 

 

Therefore, the offer period submitted to the fund’s manager to settle all payment obligations was extended until the end of the current year, Jabal Omar said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company will announce any further material developments in relation to the transaction in a timely manner, as required by the relevant laws and regulations.
