Ataa Educational Co. said its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ibrahim bin Abdulkarem Al-Turki submitted his resignation, effective Dec. 13, due to personal reasons.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Ataa Educational noted that Al-Turki’s had completed his fourth year as CEO of the company.

 

Following this, the board of directors, based on the recommendation of the nominations and remuneration committee, issued a resolution to appoint Fahad bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri as CEO, effective Dec. 14.
