Saudi Arabia’s Sakani Program issued 808 residential land e-contracts for Saudi families in November, Saudi Press Agency reported, citing a statement.

 

These land plots were located in Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Qassim, Hail, in addition to other regions across the Kingdom.

 

The step came within the program’s diversified residential and financing options to increase home ownership to 70% by 2030, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.
