Ammar Nagadi, Deputy Minister of Economy and Planning

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued, on Jan. 13, several royal decrees, including a decree on appointing Ammar Nagadi as Deputy Minister of Economy and Planning at the rank of excellence.

 

Nagadi earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Economics from Pennsylvania State University in 2004, and then started working at Saudi Aramco.

 

Prior to his appointment as Deputy Minister of Economy and Planning, Nagadi was the CEO of the IKEA Group in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
