Etihad Atheeb’s accumulated losses down to 12.13% of capital

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) said accumulated losses dropped to SAR 10.92 million, or 12.13% of capital as on Jan. 23, 2022, according to a bourse filing.
This was mainly driven by a capital reduction to SAR 89.99 million, offsetting 60.62%, or SAR 138.58 million, of accumulated losses, as per the approval of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 23, 2022.
The company’s capital cut has no impact on its financial liabilities and obligations.
