Saudi Catering shareholders elect audit committee members

Saudi Airlines Catering Co.’s shareholders elected members of the audit committee for the new term, starting Feb. 13, 2022, and ending on Jan. 25, 2025, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 13.
The new audit committee includes Raed Al Mudaiheem, Dilip Nijhawan, and Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Albetairi as independent members, and Saleh Abdulrahman Al Fadhel as an external member.
They also determined the committee’s responsibilities, framework, and remunerations, the company said in a bourse statement.
