Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. signed a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 35 million with Bank Albilad, according to a bourse filing.

 

The financing duration is nine months, the company said, adding that the facility is guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

The deal aims to finance the working capital. There are no related parties.
