Sakani issues 10,700 residential land e-contracts in Q1 2022

Saudi Arabia’s Sakani Program issued 10,720 residential land e-contracts for Saudi households in the first quarter of 2022, of which 1,837 ere issued in March through the application, Saudi Press Agency reported, citing a statement.
The contracts were issued for 1,066 land plots in Makkah, 240 in Riyadh, 36 in Madinah, 102 in Qassim and 88 in the Eastern Province.
E-contracts were issued for 32 pieces of residential land in Aseer, 46 in Hail, seven in Northern Borders, 89 beneficiaries in Jazan and 108 in Najran, nine land plots in Al-Baha and Al-Jouf each, and five in Tabuk.
