A Bahri carrier

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) on the center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, May 19.

 

Bahri shareholders approved on May 16 the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital by 25% from SAR 3.94 billion to SAR 4.92 billion, through one share for every four shares held, Argaam reported.
