Nayifat gets SAMA’s license to provide FinTech debt crowdfunding services

Nayifat Finance Co. (NFC) obtained the final license from Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to commence offering FinTech peer-to-peer lending and debt crowdfunding (ULend), the company said in a bourse filling.
The financial impact is expected to be positively reflected on the company's results when debt crowdfunding services are offered, the statement added.
The step is in line with the company's policy of offering a series of integrated solutions and reaching the largest segment of customers in the non-banking financial sector, Nayifat added.
