Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) focuses on facilitating practices between issuers, investors and brokers in the financial sector, Saudi Tadawul Group’s CEO Khalid Alhussan stated.

 

Speaking at the sixth edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII), Alhussan said that defining a specific reporting framework for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards is challenging.

 

He indicated there are two types of investors, the first depend on ratings set by rating agencies to determine ESG standards, while the second have their own definition of governance standards.
