The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced today, Dec. 2, the start of fingerprint registration requirement for Umrah performers coming from five countries.

 

The countries are the UK, Tunisia, Kuwait, Bangladesh and Malaysia.

 

The move aims to facilitate the entry procedures through the Kingdom's ports, as well as enrich the digital experience of Umrah performers, the ministry tweeted.

 

It added that the fingerprint registration is carried out through 'Saudi Visa Bio' mobile app.
