SICO Saudi REIT Fund announces board reshuffle

SICO Saudi REIT Fund appointed Fadhel Ahmed Makhlooq as Chairman of the board, effective Dec. 21, 2022, fund manager SICO Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.

The fund also announced that Sultan Nugaly resigned on Dec. 21, 2022.

Accordingly, the fund’s board will comprise Fadhel Makhlooq (Chairman), Fahad AlShammari, Ali AlHussin Hamidaddin, Ibrahim Fatani and Mohannad Al-Khowailed.
