AlNaqool plans to issue Murabaha SAR-denominated sukuk

Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co.’s board of directors unveiled, on Feb. 7, plans to issue Murabaha SAR-denominated sukuk, under the Murabaha sukuk program, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The company also appointed Sukuk Capital Co. as the lead manager for the sukuk issuance.

The value of the issuance will be determined later, pending the market conditions.

The issuance aims to support the company’s projects, the statement added.
