WAREFA residential project in Riyadh
Saudi Arabia's national real estate developer ROSHN announced the launch of “WAREFA”, its second residential project in Riyadh, state-owned Saudi Press Agency reported.
The new project, located in Al-Janadriyyah, East Riyadh, spans 1.4 million square meters (sqm).
The project will likely accommodate over 2,000 housing units for 13,000 people, in addition to other shopping and service facilities, healthcare centers, schools, mosques and gardens extending on 160,000 sqm.
