Ejar Index records over 240,000 deals in June

Ejar Index recorded more than 240,000 rental deals in June.

The number of rental deals rose to more than 190,000 housing deals and 50,000 commercial deals, Ejar said in a statement.

Housing rental deals rose about 137% year-on-year (YoY) in June. Commercial rentals saw an increase of nearly 138% YoY.
