Saudi Real Estate Market opens today

The Ministry of Justice will launch Saudi Real Estate Market today, Aug. 27. 

  

In November 2021, the ministry started trial operations of the real estate market, including direct transactions, real estate bids, new deals, mortgage, inquiries about deeds and updating real estate deeds, Argaam reported. 

  

The Saudi Real Estate Market will play a key role in monitoring as well as regulating transactions, in addition to preventing any price manipulation.
