Ejar Index records over 294,000 deals in September

The Ejar Index recorded more than 294,000 rental deals in September.

Housing rental deals fell by 15% month-on-month (MoM) to more than 233,000 in August, and commercial rentals saw a decline of 6% MoM to 61,000.

Riyadh recorded the highest number of housing and commercial rental deals in September, with more than 65,000 deals. Jeddah came in second with more than 37,000 deals.
