Health Ministry working with PIF to NUPCO’s floatation: Minister

Saudi Minister of Health Fahad Al-Jalajel stated that the ministry is currently collaborating with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) to assess the initial public offering (IPO) for National Unified Procurement Co. (NUPCO). 

 

In his speech at the Global Health Exhibition today Oct.29, held under the theme "Invest in Health”, Al Jalajel added that they have started shifting supply and medical device purchases from consumable acquisitions to industry localization in the Kingdom. 

 

Bloomberg recently reported that PIF is considering an IPO for NUPCO early next year, according to data compiled by Argaam.
