Seera's shareholders elect board members for 4-year term

Shareholders of Seera Holding Group approved electing the board members for the upcoming four-year term, commencing on March 29, 2024, and concluding on March 28, 2028.

 

In its statement to Tadawul, the company said the members elected entailed: Hamza Khushaim, Eid AlShamri, Ahmad Alzaim, Mohammed Al-Khalil, Abdulaziz Alrebdi, Abdullah Al-Dawood, and Ibrahim Al-Rashed.
