Riyadh Air aims to launch commercial operations by the end of the first half of 2025, Chief Operating Officer Peter Bellew told Reuters.
According to data available on Argaam, airline CEO Tony Douglas said in March 2023 that the new Saudi national carrier will likely receive the first wide-body aircraft and launch its first international flight in early 2025.
Last March, the company announced its first order of 72 Boeing Dreamliner 787-9 aircraft.
