Infath registers 943 auctions worth SAR 11.7B in 2023

The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) registered 943 auctions worth SAR 11.7 billion in 2023, Al Eqtisadiah reported.

 

Riyadh accounted for the highest number of auctions, with 4,936 commercial and residential properties sold.

 

Infath has sold over SAR 22 billion worth of properties since inception.
