NHC launches 11 projects in Riyadh

National Housing Co. (NHC) launched 11 new projects in Khuzam destination, north of Riyadh, featuring more than 10,000 residential units.

In a statement, the company said the new projects include Khuzam Park Residence, with areas of up to 379 square meters (sq m) per unit, Tala Khuzam (up to 430 sq m per unit), Telal Khuzam (nearly 219 sq m a unit), and Iyali Khuzam (796 sq m apiece). This is in addition to Jawharat Khuzam 1 (929 sq m), Nafah (600 sq m), Azyan Khuzam (200 to 471 sq m), and Jadaya (538 sq m). The projects also include Ewan Khuzam that features villas with areas of up to 594 sq m.
