Qassim Cement shareholders elect board members for new term

Shareholders of Qassim Cement Co. approved electing board members for the next four-year term starting Jan. 1, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 25, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

 

These members are Omar A. AlOmar, Bandar Al Tamimi, Badr Al Saud, Muhammad Al Dawood, Ahmed Al Sheikh, Saad AlMushawah, Abdulmalik Al-Rajhi, Abdulaziz Al-Kassabi, Ahmed AlSultan, Ghazi AlRawi, and Abdulrahman AlRawaf.
