Seera cancels managing director position

Seera Group Holding’s board of directors cancelled the position of managing director effective Aug. 18, 2025, according to the company's statement on Tadawul.
Seera’s Articles of Association stipulate that the board may relieve the chairman, vice chairman, managing director, CEO, or secretary, from their positions, without this affecting their membership on the board of directors.
In April 2024, the board had appointed Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Dawood as Managing Director for the term ending on March 28, 2028, Argaam earlier reported.
