Qomel Co.’s board of directors approved, on Nov. 26, the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee.

 

The committee will consist of three members: Sultan Al-Mubarak, a board member and Chairman of committee; Bandar Al-Nemer, board member; and Abdullah Al-Khayya, a non-board member.

 

The committee’s term will begin on Nov. 26, 2025, and will conclude at the end of the current board of directors’ term on April 4, 2027.
