Cryptocurrencies rose today, March 16, with Bitcoin jumping more than 3%, amid heightened uncertainty surrounding the conflict in the Middle East.

Bitcoin increased 3.18% to $73,849 as of 10:06 a.m. Makkah time.

Meanwhile, Ethereum — the second-largest cryptocurrency by market value — rose 7.35% to $2,266, while XRP gained 4.55% to $1,483.
