Private Sector Enablement:
The first phase focused on improving the investment environment, streamlining procedures, and establishing supporting institutions.
The second phase centered on attracting investment, empowering the private sector, and strengthening the economic framework.
The third phase aims to sustain growth and expand opportunities through large-scale projects and future investments.
