NDMC says sukuk issue divided into six tranches
The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed the order book for its June issuance, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The total amount allocated stood at SAR 10.576 billion.
The issuance was divided into six tranches. The first totaled SAR 4.69 billion, maturing in 2029, while the second was valued at SAR 2.12 billion, maturing in 2031.
The third tranche was valued at SAR 1.02 billion and will mature in 2033, followed by a fourth one worth SAR 1.64 billion, maturing in 2036. The fifth tranche totaled SAR 321 million and will mature in 2039.
The final tranche totaled SAR 770 million, with maturity in 2041.
