Cryptocurrencies rise as Bitcoin trades at $60,000

Crypto market advances with Bitcoin back at the $60,000 mark
Cryptocurrencies advanced during Monday trading, with Bitcoin hovering around the $60,000 level after Washington and Tehran agreed to halt exchanges of attacks ahead of the resumption of peace talks scheduled for this week on the Strait of Hormuz and other issues.
Despite the rebound, Bitcoin, the world's largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, remains on track to post a monthly loss of more than 18% in June.
Bitcoin is also set to end the second quarter down nearly 12%, after falling 22% during the first three months of the year, according to CoinGlass data.
