AI tool use reaches 45.2% in 2025: CST

The Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) said that the usage rate of artificial intelligence (AI) tools reached 45.2% in 2025, more than doubling from the previous year.
The commission added in its Saudi Internet Report 2025 that the usage rate of AI tools among males stood at 39.4%, while the rate among females reached 52.8%.
The 20–29 age group recorded the highest usage of AI tools at 55.7%, followed by the 10–19 age group at 53.4%.
Tabuk ranked first in AI tool usage by region at 58.5%, followed by the Eastern Province at 53.8%.
