Saudi budget Q2 2026: Revenues at SAR 338.8B, expenditures at SAR 373B


The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced today, July30, the (actual) general budget for the Kingdom for the second quarter of 2026.

 

According to official data, the second-quarter revenues reached SAR 338.8 billion, while general expenditures totaled SAR 373.1 billion.

 

The budget deficit for Q2 2026 stood at SAR 34.3 billion.

Actual revenue for H1 2026 reached SAR 600 billion, up about 6% from the first half of 2025.
 
Oil revenue totaled SAR 330 billion during the first half, while non-oil revenue reached SAR 270 billion.
 
 
Actual expenditure
 
Actual expenditure for the first half of 2026 totaled SAR 760 billion, up 15% year-on-year.
