HUMAIN makes strategic investment in Saudi AI firm MOZN

The first co-developed solutions and application cases between HUMAIN and MOZN will be revealed at the LEAP conference in Riyadh, ahead of a commercial rollout in H2 2026.

PIF-owned HUMAIN announced a strategic investment in Saudi AI company MOZN, combining its integrated AI ecosystem with MOZN’s enterprise products and field engineering expertise to accelerate secure, production-scale AI deployment across financial institutions and the public sector.

In a statement today, Aug. 3, HUMAIN said the deal is among the earliest investments made by HUMAIN Ventures and its first investment in a Saudi enterprise.

The partnership is also one of the first strategic initiatives under HUMAIN's newly-launched Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector, aimed at accelerating sovereign AI adoption across financial institutions.

The co-developed solutions will be offered through the AI agent marketplace on HUMAIN One, enabling enterprises to discover, deploy, and securely scale trusted AI applications.

The first co-developed solutions and application cases will be unveiled at the LEAP conference in Riyah, ahead of a commercial rollout planned in the second half of 2026.
