MOMAH offers 9,733 residential plots via Sakani program since 2026-start

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH) announced offering 9,733 residential plots through the Sakani program from January 2026 through the end of August, as part of its efforts to increase housing supply and expand the options available to Saudi families nationwide.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the plots offered during this period were part of 54 residential masterplans, as the ministry seeks to make residential land available and provide diverse options that meet housing needs and support urban growth across cities and provinces.
